Morgantown
Municipal Airport
(MGW)
Morgantown,
WV
C. E. Strock
Consulting (CESC) assisted the Morgantown Municipal Airport in its filings and
closeouts of Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Projects. Since the PFC imposition
authority had expired, MGW was losing money every month the new application was
in the preparation and approval process. CESC performed the work expeditiously
so that PFC funds would not be lost.
MGW had five open PFC
applications which had to be closed out before the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
would approve a new application. All projects required amendments before the
close outs could be submitted. CESC worked closely with the FAA Airports
District Office in Beckley , WV
, to close out those projects.
